Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

    Delivery Options

    We offer both home deliveries and delivery to your nearest pick-up point. You can choose your preferred option at checkout.

    Processing Time

    We strive to process and ship your orders within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    Estimated Delivery Times

    After processing, orders are dispatched, and you can expect the following delivery times:

    • Europe: 7-10 business days
    • Asia-Pacific: 3-7 business days
    • US & Canada: 7–10 business days
    • Rest of the World: 7–10 business days

    Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to logistical reasons or circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays.

    International Shipping & Customs

    For orders shipped outside of the Republic of Korea, please be aware that your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

    Delivery Issues

    We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs procedures or unforeseen logistical challenges.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. HARIRI SEOUL will not be liable for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    Failed Deliveries

    If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect details provided by the customer, or if the delivery is refused, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
