At HARIRI SEOUL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving them. Please review the following policy carefully:
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, click [HERE] to access our Return Portal and follow the provided instructions. All items must be returned using the prepaid return label provided by our portal. Items returned without using this label or following a different procedure will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
We currently do not offer free returns. The following return shipping rates will be deducted from your refund once it is approved:
- UK, US, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong,Singapore,Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand,Spain & Portugal,Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Austria, San Marino, Monaco, Vatican City, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Switzerland & Liechtenstein, Rest of the world :- 29$ (USD)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive a refund for the returned product. Please note the following:
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Refund deductions will apply unless your product was faulty or you received the wrong item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@haririseoul.com if you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item. In these cases, returns will be free of charge.
Sale Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
